It is not only this CLV-VLC ploy of Hanoi that places Cambodia in the most grievous of danger in terms of national sovereignty and loss of territory and, the territory of which we speak is not limited to those four North Eastern provinces bordering Vietnam (a state that historically has known only too well how to use subtle and piece meal methods of annexing neighbouring states' territory) but also the presence of Vietnamese control and involvement implanted in those unprecedented ELCs lasting up to a hundred years as well as the physical presence of ethnic Vietnamese settlers who have been entering and living in Cambodia since the wake of the 1978 invasion of the country by Vietnam.
It might not require any thing close to one hundred years for these ELC schemes or the less subtle 'CLV Triangle Development' ruse to realise their targeted goals of completing the assimilation process but, the Vietnamese are more than willing to bide their time and would only back off when forced to. That is in their DNA...

Hun Sen is a special kind of Yuon's slave. So far, he has obeyed and complied to all Yuon's demands, including the signing of the 2005 supplemental treaty, the CLV, the 99 years land concession to Yuon, etc...
Khmer people (and the authority ?) cannot access that land concession. What do Yuon do inside that land concession?
CLV is the precursor of the Indochina Federation. It is imperative that Khmer provinces must be withdrawn from that damn CLV.
