Hun Sen was born to facilitate the Vietnamization of Cambodia. When he dies, the Vietnamization of Cambodia will be completed, and finally (maybe 100/200 years from today) Cambodia will become a second Kampuchea Krom. This one eyed monster Hun Sen is the most faithful, most effective Yuon's servant ever. He was never afraid to do anything at the expense of Cambodia to please his master Yuon. One small example, Khmer people (or Khmer authority?) cannot access the land concession to Vietnam, and the number of illegal Vietnamese keep flowing freely into Cambodia.
