Look at Koh Tral made Khmer people very sad. This evil Vietnam was afraid to develop Koh Tral before 2005 because it worried that Cambodia might file a complaint to reclaim Koh Tral. But after Ah Roleuy Hun Sen signed the 2005 supplemental treaty, Vietnam felt that it had the legitimate full ownership of Koh Tral.
