Sihasak clearly doesn't know that Koh Kud/Kouch - a historical Khmer island lying within Khmer historical waters for thousands of years - is actually an island that happens to be part of the territory potentially in dispute between the two countries and that the demarcation of boundary involving the island itself is currently subject to the UNCLOS process and recommendations.
This sounds like an accused rapist appearing before the court demanding that the court can adjudicate or discuss anything except the idea that he has raped someone!
