Namely, what is the real difference between the CPP using the Ministry of Economy and Finance's money and the CPP using its own party's money towards funding the funeral of one of the wealthiest men in the country, if not the region? Ever heard of Khmer land-village swaps along the border with Vietnam? Well, this is going along the same line of logic...
