កាលពីមុនការបោះឆ្នោតក្លែងក្លាយ ថ្ងៃ ២៩ កក្កដា ២០១៨ ខ្ញុំ សម រង្ស៊ី បានអំពាវនាវទៅកាន់ប្រជារាស្ត្រខ្មែរ សូមកុំទៅចូលរួមការបោះឆ្នោតបែបនេះ ដែលរៀបធ្វើឡើងក្រោយពី ហ៊ុន សែន បានរំលាយគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ។ តែប៉ុន្មានថ្ងៃប៉ុណ្ណោះក្រោយពីសេចក្តីអំពាវនាវរបស់ខ្ញុំនេះ ស្រាប់តែ ហ៊ុន សែន បានបញ្ជាឲ្យមហាក្សត្រសព្វថ្ងៃ ធ្វើសេចក្តីអំពាវនាវផ្ទុយពីសេចក្តីអំពាវនាវរបស់ខ្ញុំ គឺព្រះអង្គជម្រុញឲ្យប្រជារាស្ត្រ ទៅចូលរួមក្នុងការបោះឆ្នោតក្លែងក្លាយនោះទៅវិញ។
ថ្មីៗនេះ ខ្ញុំបានទទួលព័ត៌មានថា ហ៊ុន សែន ត្រៀមបញ្ជាមហាក្សត្រឲ្យធ្វើសេចក្តីអំពាវនាវមួយទៀត ដែលមានបំណងទប់ស្កាត់មិនឲ្យប្រជារាស្ត្រ ទៅទទួលស្វាគមន៍ខ្ញុំ ថ្ងៃ ០៩ វិច្ឆិកា ខាងមុខនេះ ពីព្រោះ ហ៊ុន សែន ភ័យខ្លាចមាតុភូមិនិវត្តន៍របស់ខ្ញុំ ខ្លាំងណាស់។ ដូច្នេះ អ្វីៗដែលមហាក្សត្រសព្វថ្ងៃធ្វើ គឺព្រះអង្គធ្វើតាមបញ្ជាពី ហ៊ុន សែន ទាំងអស់។ យើងត្រូវទៅជួយរំដោះព្រះអង្គពីក្រញាំ ហ៊ុន សែន។
(*) A few weeks before the fake election held on 29 July 2018 without the participation of the CNRP -- which Hun Sen dissolved in 2017 -- I, Sam Rainsy, appealed to the Cambodian people to boycott such a shameful election. But only a few days following my appeal, Hun Sen ordered the current King to issue an opposite appeal urging the Cambodian people to participate in that fake election.
I have recently learned that Hun Sen is to order the King to issue another appeal to try to dissuade the people from going to welcome me on the day of my return to Cambodia on 9 November 2019 because Hun Sen is very afraid of my return. Therefore, whatever our puppet King does, he only does it under Hun Sen's orders. We must come to liberate the King from Hun Sen's grip.

I feel sorry for this useless khmer king. He knows that khmers hate him but one has to wonder why he still works with Hun Sen to destroy the country? He looks very likeable but why he cares so little about his country and his people? Is he under Hun Sen's evil spell? One possible explanation is Hun Sen must have some dirt on him. Hun Sen must have some very damaging and embarrassing secrets about him. Given that he's gay and given that Hun Sen is such an evil person, one must not be surprised that Hun Sen has many people secretly working for him in the royal palace and secretly video taping many of the sexual acts of the king. With these tapes in Hun Sen's hands, he could use them to black mail the king or he would release the videos to the public. Now what choice does the king have other than obeying Hun Sen in every move. Even commit suicide wont be the solution as the damage can still be done to his family and the royal throne if the videos are released to the public.
Hun Sen has probably learnt this trick from the communist Vietnamese as they too have videos of Hun Sen committing treason to his country.
