៣០ មីនា ២០២០ / 30 March 2020 - 23rd anniversary of the 30 March 1997 grenade attack in Phnom Penh (*)
ថ្ងៃនេះ ជាខួបទី ២៣ នៃអំពើភេរវកម្មបោកគ្រាប់បែក នៅទីក្រុងភ្នំពេញ កាលពីថ្ងៃ ៣០ មីនា ១៩៩៧ ដែលបណ្តាលឲ្យមានអ្នកស្លាប់យ៉ាងតិច ១៦ នាក់ និងអ្នករបួសធ្ងន់ជាង ១០០ នាក់។ ទោះជាយើងមិនអាចរៀបចំពិធីបង្សុកូល និងរំលឹកដល់វិញ្ញាណក្ខន្ធជនរងគ្រោះ ដូចឆ្នាំមុនៗ ដោយសារការរាតត្បាតនៃជំងឺ COVID-19 ទូទាំងពិភពលោក យ៉ាងណាក៏ដោយ ក៏យើងនៅតែមិនភ្លេចសោកនាដកម្មនេះ ដែលជាលទ្ធផលនៃអំពើភេរវកម្ម រៀបចំដោយបន ហ៊ុន សែន។ ពេលវេលាជិតមកដល់ហើយ ដែលបន ហ៊ុន សែន នេះ នឹងត្រូវចាប់ខ្លួន ដើម្បីយកទៅកាត់ទោសតាមច្បាប់ជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិ។
(*) Today is the 23rd anniversary of the terrorist act in the form of a grenade attack in Phnom Penh which caused at least 16 dead and more than one hundred seriously wounded. Even though we are not able this year to organise any commemoration, as in previous years, because of the COVID-19 pandemic, we want to say again here that we will never forget this tragedy which is the result of an act of state terrorism organised by Hun Sen and his cronies. The time is approaching when we will see this criminal group being brought to court to be prosecuted according to national and international laws.
