ពេលនេះ ការប្រាក់នៅសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក បានធ្លាក់ដល់សូន្យ ហើយការប្រាក់នៅទ្វីបអឺរ៉ុប ក៏បានធ្លាក់ដល់សូន្យដែរ។
ហេតុអ្វីការប្រាក់នៅកម្ពុជា នៅតែខ្ពស់កប់ពពក? ពីព្រោះធនាគារបក្ខពួក ហ៊ុន សែន ជញ្ជក់ឈាមរាស្ត្រ។

(*) While interest rates in the US and Europe have fallen to zero, those practiced in Cambodia are still astronomical, up to 20% or more. These extortionate rates reflect the exploitation of the Cambodian people by the current banking system, controlled by the family and clan of Hun Sen. 
Alors que les taux d'intérêt aux Etats-Unis et en Europe sont tombés à zéro, ceux pratiqués au Cambodge restent à des niveaux astronomiques (jusqu'à 20% et plus). Ces taux usuraires reflètent l'exploitation du peuple cambodgien par le système bancaire actuel contrôlé par la famille et le clan de Hun Sen.
