One dictator points the finger to another dictator and the conversation goes like this:
D1: Dictator Hun Sen
D2: The Burmese dictator with a long name
D1: Are you a dictator?
D2: Yes, I am and I'm sure you're too.
D1: That's right and I'm very proud of it.
D2: Me too. Everyone has to do what I said or I'll kill them.
D1: That's priceless. I've killed so many already.
D2: Can't argue with that. Killing is fun.
D1: What's your next move?
D2: Oh, just continue to kill my people any time and anywhere I want.
D1: That's the way to do it. Democracy sucks, you can't really get rid of the people you don't like. And the elections. What a joke. What a waste of time and money when all you have to do is kill all of your opponents and nobody will compete with you.
D2: Can't agree with you more on that. They talk about human rights and all the BS's. I don't give a shit.
D1: You're the man.
D2: Let's continue the killing until no one else to kill.
D1: There will be an election soon in my country and I'm 1000% sure that I will win because there's no credible opposition to compete with me. They have either died or gone into exile. The ones left are mostly useless idiots.
D2: Same here. Make sure that our sons will learn of our cruelties so that our two countries will be ruled by dictators for centuries to come.
D1: You're the man. You're smarter than I thought.
D2: I've learnt from you. You're my hero, my mentor.
D1: When I'm dead and if my son needs help, make sure that you help him or I'll haunt you day and night.
D2: Okay, man. Relax and hide your money in my bank so that I can use it to help your son when you're dead.
D1: Great idea. I'll transfer two billion of US dollars in the coming days.
D2: Deal.
Dictator's conversation continued...
D1: Do you know why the West hates us?
D2: Because they don't like us?
D1:
No, you idiot. They hate us because we're too close to China. As the
old saying goes "a friend of my enemy is my enemy". We're the friends of
their enemy, China.
D2: I don't get it. That's too deep.
D1: I thought I'm the one with low education.
D2: We're dictators remember? We don't need education.
I think we're close to China because the West hates us.
D1: No you moron. They hate us because we're close to China.
D2: Isn't that the same? Who's the idiot now?
D1: The thing is if we're not close to China, who can we be close to? Nobody likes us even our own people.
D2: Especially our people. Also, we need money and weapons. Killing our people needs weapons.
D1: Yeah, China has been very generous.
D2:
You're right. They are generous. They help us without asking much in
return. But I find it rather strange that they keep asking me which part
of my country has the most fertile land?
D1: They want to take over your land, you stupid pig. Who would help you if you have nothing in return.
D2: Okay, genius. Then why did you want their help?
D1: Because I need cash and weapons. Do you want land without cash and weapons or you want weapons and cash without land?
D2: You're talking deep again.
D1: Anyways, I miss Donald Duck Trump. That old fart didn't care much when we abuse or kill our people.
D2: Old fart Biden too. He pretends that he cares but deep down, he just wants us to destroy ourselves.
D1: But he's very close to my Viet master who happens to be an enemy of his enemy (China) so the Viet is his friend.
D2: Again, that's too deep for me to understand. Can't believe an uneducated dictator like you can talk like that.
