Nothing is considered improper or irregular under this regime, eh? In the last general election in 2013 the electorate first learned of the "results" of the vote-count via the personal Facebook page of the Information Minister!
Afterall, cheating, concocting, lying, manipulating are all part and parcel of the regime's speciality.
