Som to a tycoon and Chinese investors and, now this handing over of four provinces that the Vietnamese have always considered as of vital strategic importance on a silver platter, have the Khmer people ever been engaged for their view and, most pertinently, consent?!

After all, Cambodia belongs to all Cambodians and not stooges who rule with iron hands and violence.
